Jelmac Property Group was formed over 15 years ago from its demerger with Stepnell Ltd. We are committed to working with existing and potential new tenants to try and accommodate their requirements as they grow or adapt to the changing needs of commercial premises.
Jelmac have a broad spectrum of properties from offices and industrial units to trade counters and warehouses. Most recently we have expanded into the Self-Storage market with purpose-built premises which was a logical extension to our existing property portfolio.
As an established and mature business, we have the resources and infrastructure to manage and maintain the properties and facilities. We continue to grow and modernise our properties, whilst remaining a family business at heart.
We maintain accessibility to a select few regional contractors who have the depth of technical competency, professional capability and ability to cover all the areas in which we hold properties.
Jelmac is a financially resilient business and with over 100 assets, we are stable and secure – a low risk for any prospective tenant.
